Partners Health Management and HHAeXchange have announced an update for providers regarding P.O. Box addresses for service location.

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) providers using the HHAeXchange portal should email the Partners EVV support team at EVVSupport@PartnersBHM.org to add or update service location addresses for the member profile in the HHAeXchange portal, as well as update their provider portal. This will ensure P.O. Box addresses are not selected as a place of service for EVV service codes.

Providers can update the address in HHAX by:

Login into HHA Exchange portal >Select a specific member> Opening the Patient Page > Profile Tab > Select “Edit” at the bottom of the page > Go to address field> Select Add address> Add address with the appropriate non-P.O. Box address> Select Primary> Select Billing (if applicable) Save/Update. Once complete, please be sure to email EVVSupport@PartnersBHM.org with the member’s name, updated address and member ID.
