In our steadfast commitment to you, our providers, Partners has established our Service Stability Program to help alleviate the social and economic impacts of COVID-19. Partners will continue to assess every opportunity to support you during this crisis to maintain the highest quality network and ensure that services and supports remain available to members in need. We value the partnership we have with our provider network and the opportunity to work with you to create the greatest shared flexibility and opportunity for rapid, individualized, responses to this crisis.

As part of the Partners Service Stability Program, we are implementing a time-limited rate increase for the following services as outlined below. The temporary increase will be retroactive to April 1, 2020. Providers who would like to take advantage of the retroactive rate will need to submit a replacement claim for any claims previously submitted after the April 1, 2020 effective date.
