This provider alert is to let providers know that you may experience issues accessing ProAuth. Partners Health Management is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What is happening?
Some providers may experience issues accessing ProAuth.

What do providers need to do?
If providers cannot access ProAuth to submit authorization requests, they will need to submit a manual authorization request.
