Request for Proposals (RFP) #0918-008 Residential Treatment Level III-Problem Sexual Behavior
Partners Behavioral Health Management (Partners) is initiating this RFP to identify appropriately qualified organizations for the provision of Residential Treatment Level III services with a specialty for problem sexual behavior. The location for services is within Partners catchment area. The organization providing services must have the capability and capacity to provide the needed services as well as demonstrate use of evidenced based practices and a strong system for outcomes measurement. As described in NC DMA Clinical Coverage Policy 8 D2; “Residential Treatment Level III service is responsive to the need for intensive, active therapeutic intervention, which requires a staff secure treatment setting in order to be successfully implemented. This setting has a higher level of consultative and direct service from psychologists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, etc. Staff are awake during sleep hours and supervision is continuous.”

Regional IPS Coalition Meeting—Registration Now Open
The Institute for Best Practices, UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health is hosting a regional Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Coalition meeting on Thursday, September 13 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in Benson, NC and Marion, NC.
During the meeting, the group will discuss the mission of the IPS Coalition, brainstorm solutions to implementation barriers, provide updates, and plan for the Coalition’s future.
Who should attend? IPS Team members, provider agency leadership, and employees from LME/MCOs, Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Division of Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Use Services.
