Request for Information Announcement – Residential Level II Mental Health/Substance Use
Partners is initiating a Request for Information (RFI) to identify appropriately qualified organizations for the provision of Residential Treatment Level II services with a target population of males between the ages of 10-15 years. The location for services is Burke County. The organization providing services must have the capability and capacity to provide the needed services as well as demonstrate use of evidenced based practices and a strong system for outcomes measurement. As described in NC Division of Medical Assistance Clinical Coverage Policy 8-D-2; “the staffing structure will include family type settings. In the Family Type setting, the provider is not necessarily awake during sleep time but must be constantly available to respond to a beneficiary’s needs, while beneficiaries are involved in educational, vocational, social or other activities, except for periods of planned respite.”
Please review the entire RFI (located on the Descriptions and Forms tab) at https://providers.partnersbhm.org/request-for-services/.
