Partners Pilots Pyx Health

Partners’ Member Engagement and Care Management Departments are piloting Pyx Health, a mobile app that helps members with their wellness journey. The app is designed to reduce loneliness and social isolation by connecting with members outside of traditional care settings

Providers are encouraged to share information about the app to members as soon as possible as the pilot runs through April. Members can download the app to their mobile smart devices and use it as they wish. They also can connect to a live person at Pyx Health to assist with getting registered. If the member needs further assistance, the Pyx Health representative will connect them to Partners’ Member Engagement or Access to Care.

The Pyx Health app uses a chatbot personality named Pyxir to interact with users and asks questions related to the user’s mood and social drivers of health. Throughout the pilot, Partners will be able to review analytics to see if Pyx Health is a beneficial tool for our members

Providers and members can visit https://www.partnersbhm.org/member-education/ to learn more about Pyx Health and other member resources. If you would like us to mail you flyers and small pads with Pyx download information for members or have further questions about Pyx Health, please contact Member Engagement at 704-884-2666 or by emailing MemberQuestions@partnersbhm.org.
