Did you know?

As of June 1, 2018, hospitals, mid-level physicians and nurse practitioners who currently have an electronic health record system are to be connected to NC HealthConnex to continue to receive payments for Medicaid and N.C. Health Choice (NCHC) services.

By June 1, 2019, all other Medicaid and state funded providers must be connected to NC Health Connex (e.g., State Health Plan, Program for All Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), and state grants). This includes behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability providers. To connect to NC Health Connex, you must have an electronic health record (EHR) system in place.

Partners is planning a training event in April to share information about electronic health records and connectivity to NC Health Connex.  We want to be able to assist you in understanding the requirement to have an EHR in order to accept Medicaid payments in 2019.

Please click here to complete a survey that will help us be able to meet your needs at this training.  Feedback is requested by Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
