Partners communicates essential operational information and changes through the Provider Communication Bulletin, published on the third Thursday of the month. Provider Alerts are published as needed to communicate additional time-sensitive information. The Bulletin and Alerts are emailed to those subscribed to receive Partners’ emails. In addition, the NC Divisions of Health Benefits and Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Abuse Services publish Joint Communication Bulletins to convey information. (DHB/DMH/DD/SAS Bulletins are not posted on the Partners site)
