What is happening?

Partners will hold a virtual meeting on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. to answer providers’ questions about our new system for authorizations, ProAuth.

Why is this happening?

Partners launched its ProAuth platform for prior authorizations on Jan. 23. The new system requires providers to log in to ProviderCONNECT to submit authorization requests. Since launch, Partners has identified some common questions among providers on how to access or use the system.

To better assist our providers, Partners staff will hold a virtual meeting to answer questions and provide a live demonstration of the system.


Who should attend?

Local Administrators for provider organizations and any users within the organization should attend the meeting. (Each provider organization is required to have a Local Administrator who is responsible for setting up other users within their organization.
