Partners asks all providers to reach out to their members to ensure their safety after the strong storms experienced yesterday. While we understand that some of the counties in our catchment have issued a State of Emergency due to excessive rainfall and severe weather, many counties are continuing to monitor additional flooding and damage today.
We appreciate your partnership to ensure that our members are safe and have supports in place to assist them throughout this time. Additionally, Partners is utilizing its Access to Care Call Center and Care Coordination staff to check on members as well.
