County Realignment Update: Member Eligibility
Partners is aware that there are members with Medicaid enrollment through Cabarrus, Union or Stanly counties who are not visible or incorrect in AlphaMCS. We are working with NCDHHS to resolve this issue and the state has indicated Partners will receive a complete Global Eligibility File this weekend.
Providers should email claimsdepartment@partnersbhm.org if an eligibility issue is not resolved after the complete Global Eligibility File is received. Claims that previously denied for “patient not enrolled on the date of service” will be identified and re-adjudicated by Partners for processing, without the need for providers to re-submit claims. Partners appreciates everyone’s patience as we work to resolve this issue.
