AlphaMCS 2.09 Build

The next AlphaMCS build is scheduled to occur today, Wednesday, February 20, 2019. The system will be unavailable from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Please make sure you are logged out of the AlphaMCS system prior to 5:00 PM.

Included in this build is a change to enrollments that are handed over to the provider from the Access to Care staff. To preserve the information captured by the MCO staff during the initial call from the consumer, the following fields on the enrollment form will no longer be editable by the provider:

• Screening type
• Screening date
• Time screening began
• Type of agency hosting STR
• Presenting Problem Description
• Current Risk to Consumer Safety
• Needs Severity
• QP Last name/First Name
• Staff Qualification
• End Time hr/min

The name of the person submitting the enrollment, along with any remarks/observations previously entered in the Presenting Problem Description field, should now be entered in the Comments field.
