ATTENTION PROVIDERS
While trying to process the full Global Eligibility File last night, Mediware has removed all of the Medicaid B layers in the AlphaMCS system.
Any process in AlphaMCS that depends on the Medicaid Eligibility layers being there will be impacted by this issue, such as preventing providers from entering service authorization requests, getting claims approved, etc.
Mediware Staff are aware of this and are currently working to resolve.
Partners apologizes for this inconvenience, and will send out a notification when the issue is resolved.
