Partners Health Management has identified an issue with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) 837 claim files being rejected and authorizations unable to load to the HHAeXchange homecare management software used for the EVV system.

What is happening?

Partners has identified an issue with EVV 837 claim files being rejected and authorizations unable to load to the HHAeXchange system. The issue is affecting providers’ ability to input visits into our EVV system.

Who is affected?

This is affecting all EVV providers in our network with 1915(i) services.

What do providers need to do?

Providers need to take no action at this time. Partners is working to resolve the issue by Friday, May 10, 2024. Once this has been resolved, Partners will issue an alert.
