WellSky has provided us with a workaround for the Invalid Session Data error you have been experiencing when attempting to view or print data from AlphaMCS, (i.e. Remittance Advice, authorizations). Please follow the instructions below to make the necessary changes that will eliminate this issue.
- In the URL address bar in the Chrome browser, key: chrome://flags/
- In the Search flags box, key: samesite
- Disable “SameSite by default cookies” and “Cookies without same site-must be secure” by clicking on the dropdown box and selecting “Disabled”
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
