  • Our Utilization Management Hospital Admissions Team is available from
    8 a.m.-12 a.m., seven days a week, at 704-842-6434.

IRIS Downtime

The Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services (DMHADDSAS) Incident Response Improvement System (IRIS) will be unavailable on Tuesday, January 26 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. for maintenance and implementation of DSM-5.

I/DD Innovations Listening Sessions
