Effective April 1, 2023, Partners Health Management’s In Lieu of Service (ILOS) will be transitioned to the Behavioral Health I/DD Tailored Plan (Tailored Plan) and/or NC Medicaid Direct or discontinued.
On March 9, 2023, Partners will host a virtual information session for providers from 2 to 3 p.m. to share more details about the transition and give providers an opportunity to ask questions. Click here to register.
Providers who provide ILOS that are sunsetting March 31, 2023, must work with the treatment team to determine a plan to transition the member to the most appropriate service effective April 1, 2023.
Partners received communication from the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) regarding the changes below to allow for consistency across plans.
