This information is being distributed on behalf of the NC Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services:

The Access to Health Care Subcommittee of the North Carolina Council for Women/Domestic Violence Commission is asking for all LME/MCOs and their adult mental Health, intellectual/developmental disability and substance use disorder treatment contract providers to take part in a survey. The survey will assist the Commission in identifying where the trauma informed care services are available across the state, the types of evidenced based practices that are provided to victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence, what partnerships exist between Behavioral Health/IDD providers and victim service agencies and potential training needs.

The Commission is asking that MH, I/DD and SUD providers and their licensed professional staff who serve adults complete these brief surveys. Please complete the survey by Friday, March 6, 2020.

The provider agency survey questions are designed to address how trauma-informed care services and evidenced based practices are provided to victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence and the relationship the agency has with their local domestic violence and sexual assault providers.  It should take approximately five to ten minutes to complete the survey.
