Transportation Resources

Do not let a transportation issue deter someone from getting to treatment. The following agencies provide Medicaid-billable transportation services in the Partners area. Fees may apply for non-Medicaid eligible transport. Agencies may require advance notice for transportation; please ask consumers to call at least one week in advance of an appointment.
