The next AlphaMCS build is scheduled to occur tomorrow, Thursday, December 17, 2020. The system will be unavailable from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Please make sure you are logged out of the AlphaMCS system prior to 5 p.m.
Included in this build are a few changes to the Client Update Request Form.
- Main Address checkbox added: This will allow the identification of an address as the main address for the member. If this box is checked, all previous addresses for the member in our files will be end dated and the address information entered on the form will become the active address.
- Phone Numbers: A second phone number field has been added along with a phone type field for each of the phone numbers. Field labels have been updated for each phone number field to distinguish between the two.
