AlphaMCS Update

Over the past week, many have experienced technical issues with Mediware’s AlphaMCS system. We have been working with Mediware to resolve these issues, and thank you for your patience.

On Wednesday, April 25, Mediware conducted an update to help resolve the latency and time-out sessions users have experienced.  If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Partners IT Service Desk at 704-842-6431.
