There are a lot of changes during this complicated time, and Partners Access to Care wants to help you, the provider, by sharing the right information with members when scheduling appointments. This can be done very easily and quickly through the AlphaMCS scheduler.
- Providers are asked to write a brief note in the appointment section of the AlphaMCS Scheduler with information about current processes (will call at the scheduled time, virtual appointment only, onsite appointment after telephone screening, etc.)
- Access to Care will use this information when scheduling appointments and communicate the processes you have in place.

Fair Housing Training
The NC Housing Finance Agency is hosting a number of Basic and Advanced Fair Housing Training webinars.
- Basic Fair Housing Training webinars are geared to property management staff, landlords and housing providers.
- Advanced Fair Housing Training webinars are targeted to LME-MCO employees, DHHS, NCHFA and service providers. You must complete Basic Fair Housing Training prior to attending the advanced training.
