AlphaMCS will be unavailable tonight, Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. to load System Build 2.02.
Please make sure you are logged out of the AlphaMCS system prior to 5 p.m. If you have questions, please contact the Partners’ Service Desk at 704-842-6431.
Reminder: Perception of Care Surveys Due June 22, 2017
Thanks to the Mental Health and Substance Use Providers currently administering this year’s Perception of Care Survey. Providers are reminded that the survey administration period ends on June 12, 2017 and all surveys need to be returned to Partners by June 19, 2017.
Providers can return the surveys by:
- sending/delivering to your provider specialist;
- sending/delivering to Jackie Copeland at the Elkin office; or
- sending/delivering to April Corder at the Gastonia office.
